1.) Heat oil in a pan over medium heat then add onions and saute until soft and translucent. 2.) Add garlic and cook briefly then add rice and cook about 3 minutes until starting to tan. 3.) Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and broth, and bring just to a boil. 4.) Add cilantro, oregano, salt, and pepper and reduce heat to simmer. 5.) Cover and cook for 15 minutes on low. Fluff with a fork and serve.
